Who does this policy apply to?
It applies to people who visit ajsantacruz.com, complete a diagnostic form or the ad investment calculator, contact us by email or WhatsApp, or use the scheduling links available on the site. Alex Santacruz acts as the controller for data obtained directly through these channels.
Third-party services you access through links—such as Google Calendar, WhatsApp, or LinkedIn—operate under their own privacy policies. This policy does not replace or control those practices.
02 · Data we may process
Relevant information, not excessive information.
Depending on the channel you use and what you decide to share, we may process the following categories:
- Identity and contact data: name, email address, telephone number, or WhatsApp.
- Professional and commercial data: company, role, country, service of interest, ad spend, and objectives.
- Simulation data: business type, assumed or entered investment, ticket, margin, conversion, acquisition-cost values, and the projections derived from them when you request a diagnostic through the calculator.
- Business context: challenges, messages, channels, results, or other information you voluntarily include in a request.
- Essential technical data: limited information that hosting or security providers may log to operate, protect, and diagnose the site.
We do not intentionally request special categories of personal data. Please do not include sensitive, confidential, or third-party information that is not necessary to answer your inquiry.

We use data for a conversation you initiate.
We may use your data to respond to a diagnostic or inquiry, understand the calculator scenario you share, coordinate a meeting, preliminarily evaluate fit for a service, prepare a proposal when requested, and maintain communications directly related to your request.
Processing may be based, as applicable, on your consent when you voluntarily submit data, on pre-contractual steps you request, on applicable legal obligations, or on legitimate interests compatible with secure and relevant service. You may also submit an inquiry or complaint to the competent authority if you believe your rights have not been addressed.

Write to info@ajsantacruz.com with the subject line “Privacy.” Identify the right you wish to exercise and include the information needed to validate the request. You will receive a response within the applicable time frames.

Protection proportionate to the context.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to limit unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or improper disclosure of data. No internet-connected system can promise zero risk; safeguards are therefore adjusted to the type of information and the service operation.
We retain data only for as long as necessary to address the purpose for which it was provided, maintain the relevant relationship, manage legal obligations, or resolve incidents. After that, data will be deleted or anonymized when feasible.
